Alan Johnson, the senior partner at James Associates, is a corporate member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Building. Academically he has a degree equivalent diploma in building surveying, a BSc degree with honours in Building and a post graduate Masters degree in Construction Management.
He has worked for both contractors and property professionals prior to forming his own practice and as such is able to offer practical cost effective solutions to client property needs that contractors are able to implement.
